Are you allowed to take an RC car transmitter on an airplane?

though im using an electric RC car (non fuel)

There are no specific restrictions on RC transmitters, as long it's not turned on it should be allowed. Security may want to have a 2nd look at something like a transmitter, but if you have the car itself along with the transmitter, you should be okay.
