i need some help deciding if i want an electric or nitro powered rc plane. i have found an electric plane that i like and now i am looking for a nitro one to research and see which is better. thank you.
Which is better is a matter of personal opinion, AND, in some cases, the local laws pertaining to noise, as nitro units are noisy compared to electric units which are quiet.
It should also be noted that nitro and/or gas units have more size variation available than most electric units and also tend to have longer flight times, and less time required between flights as fueling takes less time than charging.
Personally, I LIKE the sound of nitro units, rather than the quiet flight of electric units, but that is MY preference.
