ASM (Advanced Scale Models) makes the most affordable ARF C-130 I've seen. I'm not sure it currently in production so you may have to google that kit to find a source. In the US, I've always turned to hobbypeople.net for ASM models however they don't currently list the C130. Any model can be flown with electric motors, there are plenty of brushless options these days.
