Alligator clips on battery chargers?
I've been looking at some RC electric airplanes, and all of the nice ones I'm looking at seem to have alligator clips for the battery chargers. Why not a regular AC plug? And what do you attach the clips to?
It depends, but USUALLY a 12V auto battery.
MANY systems ALSO have a "wall wart" charger for use at home.

What should I get for my Birthday?
Im stuck with the choice between a Nitro gas rc buggy Or a Rc Airplane. and a electric rc car,
The planes and Nitro gas rc buggy costs around 100-150 dollars is that a good price for them? there are various Nitro cars such as trucks and racers but i want offroad and occasional street so i can share with my neighbors young son. and im 15 so dont get wierd thoughts
I would get a rc airplane, but they take some time to master. if you dont want anything to tricky a rc buggy would do just fine
